HEY HUMANS, I'm Justin. I help busy people like you practice yoga, move mindfully, and breathe consciously, so you can feel more freedom in your body, and more peace in your heart/mind. I've been practicing yoga postures, meditation and breathwork for over twenty years and teaching since 2014.

I began my yoga journey simply wanting to feel better in my body, stronger, more flexible, with less discomfort from my physically demanding job and chaotic lifestyle. I found a practice that was not only a balm for my physical body, but also supported more clarity and balance in my mental, emotional, and energetic bodies.

Join me on the mat to move, sit and breathe together, with intention, with awareness and always for your heart and your highest good.

Yoga

Modern yoga is often reduced to simply a form of exercise. True, asana practice is intended to keep the body strong, pliable and healthy, but that is not the goal of yoga. The goal of yoga is well, yoga. The word yoga means "to yoke" or "to unite". Yoga is about connection. The process of uniting body, mind, breath and spirit. Connecting us to our whole self and the wholeness of the world around us. The postures are elements of a system that includes, breathwork, meditation, concentration, intenal focus, and an ethical framework that trains our awareness and our discernment. It is not meant to be mastered, or performed, but rather to be practiced and to be lived both on and off the mat.
