HEY HUMANS, I'm Justin. I help busy people like you practice yoga, move mindfully, and breathe consciously, so you can feel more freedom in your body, and more peace in your heart/mind. I've been practicing yoga postures, meditation and breathwork for over twenty years and teaching since 2014.
I began my yoga journey simply wanting to feel better in my body, stronger, more flexible, with less discomfort from my physically demanding job and chaotic lifestyle. I found a practice that was not only a balm for my physical body, but also supported more clarity and balance in my mental, emotional, and energetic bodies.
